T4 Survival Instructor Certification Courses
The following certifications grant the instructor the ability to train students on the topic of which T4 Survival has certified the instructor.  The following certifications do not allow the holder to train trainers or certify instructors in the topic. 


TRAIN THE TRAINER
T4 Survival offers a range of Train the Trainer courses to allow a qualified instructor to bring our training back to their agency and/or training facility.  The certification allows that instructor to train their students and certify that they were proficient in the material.

T4E PISTOL
T4E Pistol teaches the instructor weapon maintenance on the T4E-PPQ handgun.  
This training is designed to ensure that the certified instructor can maintain and    
diagnose the T4E pistol. This course will cover pistol disarms and counter ambush tactics for law 
enforcement using pistols.


T4E RIFLE
T4E Rifle teaches the instructor weapon maintenance on the T4E-M4 or T4E-HK rifles.  This training is designed to ensure that the certified instructor can maintain and diagnose the T4E rifle platforms. This course will cover rifle disarms and counter ambush tactics for law enforcement using rifles.


ARREST & CONTROL
T4 Survival offers Arrest and Control training for Law Enforcement and Military LEO personnel. The arrest and control course will provide the student with an effective range of tools to utilize when dealing with individuals.  These skills will allow the student to effectively maintain control of a subject whether they are compliant or combative.  


COUNTER AMBUSH
T4 Survival Counter Ambush training provides skills that will significantly increase chances of surviving the encounter. Ambushes on Law Enforcement Officers can occur at any time from writing report to responding to an incident. Using the tools provided can help avoid situations favorable to those attacks.  
 
CROWD CONTROL/NEUTRALIZATION OF SUSPECTS IN A CROWD
T4 Survival trains Law Enforcement the skills to effectively and safely conduct Crowd Control operations. The officer will learn the skills to conduct group movement to ensure Officer Safety, minimizing injury. The student will be taught how move to provide a safe corridor allowing the contact officer to effectively take aggressors into custody. 


GROUND SURVIVAL - GAINING CONTROL & CUFFING
This course will cover overcoming resistance while on the ground to gain control of the suspect. Use of weapons by the suspect on the ground will be introduced along with retention of officer’s weapons.


WEAPON RETENTION
It is well known that a true predator trains to take our weapons to use them against us. T4 Survival will provide the student skills to control their weapon during a stand up or on the ground fight. The student will learn how to stop the attempt, allowing them to maintain control and focus on defeating the threat. 

 

PISTOL/RIFLE TAKEAWAYS
It is not always possible to draw your weapon fast enough to take on that armed adversary.   Are they too close? Did they approach from behind? T4 Survival will teach you the skills to disarm the gun- or rifle-wielding attacker. T4 Survival gives you the tools to disarm and disable the threat.    


KNIFE/EDGED WEAPON DEFENSE
It is not always possible to draw your weapon fast enough to take on that armed adversary.   We are seeing more knife attacks throughout our world and being in uniform you are a target.  T4 Survival will teach you the skills to disarm and disable the knife-wielding attacker.

CIVILIAN INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION

PISTOL/RIFLE DEFENSE INSTRUCTOR

T4 Survival will teach you the skills to instruct proper disarms of a gun or rifle-wielding attacker. T4 Survival gives you the tools to disarm and disable the threat. This course will cover disarms of gun 360 degrees around the body and/or head.

KNIFE DEFENSE INSTRUCTOR

T4 Survival will teach you the skills to instruct proper disarms and disable a knife-wielding attacker. From slashing and stabbing to a static knife threat to a body or the neck, we will teach you the skills to defend against a bladed weapon.

SHOOT / NO SHOOT DRILLS INSTRUCTOR

Practicing marksmanship skills is necessary to build proficiency. To develop your skills beyond the static target, T4 Survival has created our shoot / no shoot instructor training. This training combined with the use of the UMAREX T4E line of training weapons allows you to place students in dynamic situations. Using the T4E weapons allow us to place you into high stress situations where you need to make that split-second decision to discharge a weapon.

ACTIVE SHOOTER INSTRUCTOR

T4 Survival believes in the power of knowledge and training to give our clients the necessary tools to survive when it happens. T4 Survival’s Active Shooter Instructor Certification training will give you a wide range of information that will help you share this knowledge in your community. This training includes our lecture, practical training and Stop the Bleed certification.

COUNTER TERRORISM INSTRUCTOR

The number of terror attacks around the world have been increasing. We will cover many terrorism case studies and scenarios, including Active Shooter, Stabbing, Bombing, Fire, Chemical, and other highly violent events. This training will help you educate others on the dangers and how they can be more prepared for when the unthinkable happens. T4 Survival will give you and your students information that will help you respond when it happens. Taking on the terrorist is not always possible, but how you respond can mean the difference between life and death.

3RD PARTY PROTECTION / VIP BODYGUARD INSTRUCTOR 

When we are talking about you protecting someone famous, a VIP. It is safe to say this training is important. T4 Survival will teach you techniques to move and protect who is

important to you. You will learn how to move protected parties while engaging the threat. This will include accessing weapons and considerations how to carry for access and moving.

HOME INVASION INSTRUCTOR 

Instruct how to mentally and physically deal with a life-threatening attack in a home! This course will cover defensive planning and execution, weapon defenses, improvised weapon use, and third party protection scenarios.

WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE INSTRUCTOR

Instruct the basics from stance and movement to punches and kicks to women in your community. This certification will cover how to defend against being strangled as well as how to defend from the ground and pressure points. Improvised weapons and the use of commonly considered self-defense devices will be covered as well.

COUNTER CARJACKING INSTRUCTOR

Learn the skills to instruct combating a threat inside or out of a vehicle. This course will cover threats from an armed or unarmed assailant from outside and inside in a vehicle and other carjacking scenarios.
