Pistol Training - Safety & The Basics

This training is for beginners, new shooters and those who want to build their knowledge in using a firearm for self defense. We will cover functionality, ammo choices, holster/carry options, grip, drawing from a holster - questions welcome during training. You will be handling the training weapons (which will be provided) to practice holding, drawing and threat identification.  

This class is held indoors at our training center in Greenville Junction, ME and uses the T4E line of weapons from Umarex. This training weapon allows us to work on tactical drawing, moving and shooting that you couldn’t safely accomplish with a real firearm and live fire environment. 

We have Walther, Glock, M&P, Sig and many other training pistols that are officially licensed by the manufacturer and have the same weight, feel, blowback, and fit inside your holster. In these courses we will work, "Drawing your Pistol",  "Moving and clearing rooms & Hallways", 'Re-holstering', "Drawing While Seated", "Low Light", "Mag Exchanges", "Shoot/No Shoot" drills (with and without de-escalation). This is just to name a few and just a taste of what this and future training will cover.
