About the Event
Training 4 Survival, Greenville, Maine is hosting a 3 hour Self Defense Seminar that will give you the knowledge and confidence to handle a potentially dangerous situation and to defend yourself against a threat.

This workshop will include teaching situational awareness, what to do when being followed or approached and how to defend yourself against a physical attack. We will cover a variety of situations/scenarios and welcome questions.
